In my opinion USHEALTH needs recorded conversations on ALL phone conversations to insure the agent is being honest. Once the agent gets paid they don’t care. I have been dealing with customer service and consumer affairs. They are quick to take the agent side like humans dont lie or make mistakes. I even said in good faith can we make this right. There were a few things that I bought and loved. But of all the pieces I got, there are a lot that I will likely never use again.
